Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme until well combined.
- Add cheese and herbs: Stir in the grated cheese and fresh parsley. Ensure even distribution.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and minced garlic.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gently mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool and serve: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve warm.
