Description

Easy beef roll-ups made with seasoned ground beef, cheddar, mozzarella, and brushed with garlic butter. Baked until golden and perfect for dinner or snacks.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large flour tortillas

¼ cup butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: sliced pickles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef and cook until browned (about 7–8 minutes).

  3. Stir in Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  4. Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl and set aside.

  5. Lay tortillas flat. Divide the beef mixture evenly, then sprinkle cheeses on top.

  6. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  7. Brush tops with garlic butter and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.

  8. Cool slightly, slice if desired, and serve warm with pickles or dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Letting the beef cool before assembling prevents soggy tortillas.
  • Add hot sauce to the butter for extra heat.
  • Can be prepped ahead and baked fresh.
