Description
Easy beef roll-ups made with seasoned ground beef, cheddar, mozzarella, and brushed with garlic butter. Baked until golden and perfect for dinner or snacks.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 large flour tortillas
¼ cup butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: sliced pickles for garnish
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
-
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add ground beef and cook until browned (about 7–8 minutes).
-
Stir in Worcestershire, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
-
Mix melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
-
Lay tortillas flat. Divide the beef mixture evenly, then sprinkle cheeses on top.
-
Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
-
Brush tops with garlic butter and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
-
Cool slightly, slice if desired, and serve warm with pickles or dipping sauces.
Notes
- Letting the beef cool before assembling prevents soggy tortillas.
- Add hot sauce to the butter for extra heat.
- Can be prepped ahead and baked fresh.
