For the Cinnamon Whipped Cream
1 cup (240 g) heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Whip the Cream: In a bowl, combine cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat until stiff peaks form. Chill until ready to use.
