Ingredients
Chicken Sausage Mix:
- 1 lb plain chicken sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel, drained
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
Crescent Roll Dough:
- 2 tubes crescent roll dough, triangles halved lengthwise
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Filling: Combine cooked chicken sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, and herbs if using.
- Prepare Dough: Cut crescent roll triangles in half lengthwise. Spoon filling onto each triangle and roll up, placing seam-side down.
- Bake: Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and heated through.
- Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.

- Dry fill to prevent soggy dough.
- Chill before baking for a tighter roll.
- Serve with ranch, salsa, or guac for dipping.
