These Creamy Chicken Spinach Wraps are loaded with shredded chicken, melty mozzarella, cream cheese, and fresh vegetables. A quick, easy meal perfect for lunches, dinners, or meal prep.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced green onions
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, mayo, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy.

Lay out tortillas and spread the chicken mixture evenly in the center of each.

Top with spinach, diced tomatoes, and green onions.

Fold in the sides and roll tightly from bottom to top to form a wrap.

Optional: Toast wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
