Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1–2 eggs for egg wash
Soft sandwich buns
For the Garlic Mayo:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Set up a dredging station: mix flour and garlic powder in one bowl, panko in another. (Optional: add a third bowl with beaten eggs for egg wash.)

Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg wash (if using), and coat with panko.
