Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Sliced chilies for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Combine lemongrass, garlic, shallots, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice in a bowl.

Toss chicken in marinade; refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
