Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat
1½ pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes, halved
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads
Instructions

Place beef stew meat on one side of the crockpot and halved baby potatoes on the other.

Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both sections.

Gently toss beef to coat in seasoning, keeping it mostly separated from potatoes.

Add chopped garlic evenly on top.

Place butter pads across the top of the beef and potatoes.
