Description

A hearty and easy one-pan meal, Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets feature juicy sirloin steak and tender baby potatoes seasoned with garlic, herbs, and olive oil. Cook them on the grill or in the oven for a no-fuss dinner with big flavor and minimal cleanup. Perfect for weeknights or outdoor cooking.


Ingredients

2 pounds lean sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch chunks
1 pound baby yellow potatoes, halved or quartered
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F or preheat grill to high heat.
Toss steak, potatoes, garlic, olive oil, and seasonings in a large bowl.
Divide mixture between four 12×12-inch foil sheets and wrap tightly into packets.
Bake on a baking sheet for 20–25 minutes, or grill 10 minutes per side.
Open carefully to release steam. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot

Notes

Cut potatoes small to ensure even cooking.
Packets can be prepped ahead and cooked later.
Add extra veggies or cheese as desired.
