A refreshing yet cozy iced chai latte topped with a velvety pumpkin sweet cream made from coconut milk, pumpkin puree, and warm fall spices. Dairy-free and fully customizable, this is your go-to fall drink at home.
Ingredients
Pumpkin Sweet Cream (2 servings)
5 tbsp full-fat coconut milk or heavy cream, chilled
1 tbsp maple syrup or vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1–2 tbsp oat milk (to thin as needed)
Chai Tea Latte (1 serving)
1/2 cup chai tea concentrate
1/2 to 3/4 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
Handful of ice
Instructions

In a jar or container, whisk together the coconut milk, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and optional vanilla extract.

Froth until smooth and thick. Add oat milk to thin if needed.

Fill a glass with ice, then pour in chai tea concentrate followed by oat milk.

Spoon or pour the pumpkin sweet cream over the top.

Garnish with pumpkin pie spice if desired and serve immediately.
