3 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower)

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.

Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
