Description

Ingredients

4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon dried thyme


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Prepare baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.

  3. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme; rub over chicken thighs.

  4. Coat each thigh in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.

  5. Arrange skin-side up in baking dish, spaced apart.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
