Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs)
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
