Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven and prep chicken: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Optionally stuff with cheddar cheese.
- Prepare breading stations: Set up three stations for breading – flour, egg mixed with Dijon mustard, and crushed pretzels.
- Bread the chicken: Coat each chicken breast in flour, then the egg mixture, and finally the crushed pretzels.
- Bake the chicken: Place breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Make the Mustard-Cheddar Sauce: In a saucepan, heat milk, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk in cheddar cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Serve the pretzel chicken with the mustard-cheddar sauce drizzled over the top or on the side.
