Ingredients
Biscuit Dough:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
Filling:
- 8 slices deli roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Butter-Herb Mixture:
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
For Serving:
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare Biscuits: Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a slice of roast beef and a slice of cheese on each dough circle. Fold and seal the dough around the filling to form a ball.
- Arrange and Brush: Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down in the baking dish. Mix the melted butter with Worcestershire sauce and spices. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the biscuits.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until the biscuits are golden and cooked through.
- Prepare Beef Broth: Heat the beef broth in a saucepan.
- Serve: Serve the warm stuffed biscuits with beef broth on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Seal the biscuit edges tightly to prevent leaks.
- For crispier bottoms, use a metal baking sheet instead of a dish.
- Add a slice of tomato or pickles inside for extra flavor.
