Latte:
- ½ cup steamed milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp rose syrup or rose water

- Optional garnish: dried rose petals, cinnamon stick, or ground cardamom
Instructions
- Steep tea: Steep tea in hot water for 3–4 minutes.
- Mix: Stir in cardamom, rose syrup/rose water, and sweetener if using.
- Steam milk: Steam or froth milk until hot and pour over tea mixture.
- Garnish: Garnish with rose petals or spices. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Rooibos or herbal teas work for a caffeine-free version.
- Adjust rose flavor to taste — some syrups are stronger than others.
- Use a milk frother or French press plunger for frothy milk without fancy tools.
