Ingredients

8 slices sandwich bread (white or whole wheat, crusts removed)

8 beef breakfast sausage links

4 large eggs

½ cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook beef sausages and set aside.

  2. Flatten bread slices with rolling pin.

  3. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  4. Roll each sausage in a bread slice. Secure with toothpick if needed.

  5. Dip roll-ups in egg mixture.
